Challenge
Trafalgar Tours needed to connect their multi-generational groups with consistent information while accommodating vastly different technology comfort levels and interest areas among travelers.
Solution
We developed “Trafalgar Together,” a family of connected apps with a unified backend but different interfaces for various user types—from simplified displays for less tech-savvy travelers to content-rich experiences for digital natives. All versions pull from the same AI-enhanced database but present information in age and interest-appropriate ways.
